Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you are also required to provide a "Total Price" (including shipping) and clear delivery timelines.

Thank you for choosing BSTS Store. Because our products (Photo Frames, Mugs, and T-Shirts) feature unique, digitally modified art created by B S Trading and Services, each item is printed specifically for you after your order is confirmed.


1. Processing & Production Time

Since we do not sell pre-printed stock, every order undergoes a production phase:

  • Standard Processing: It takes 2–4 business days to prepare, print, and quality-check your custom gift set.
  • Bulk Orders: Orders of more than 5 gift sets may require an additional 2 days for production.
  • Business Days: Our production facility operates Monday through Saturday. We do not process orders on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been printed and packed, it is handed over to our courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post).

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote Locations: Delivery to certain North-Eastern states or rural areas may take up to 10–12 business days.

Estimated Total Timeline: Most customers receive their gift packs within 7–10 business days from the date of order.

3. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the gift pack and your location:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50-99 flat rate across India.
  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹2500 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly at the checkout page before you make a payment.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send a Tracking Link to your registered email address and mobile number (via SMS/WhatsApp). You can monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Address & Re-routing

  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate.
  • We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
  • If a package is returned to our Varanasi office due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the package again.

6. Service Interruptions

While we strive for on-time delivery, B S Trading and Services is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Extreme weather conditions.
  • National or state-wide strikes/lockdowns.
  • Delays at the courier partner’s end.
    In such cases, we will work with the courier company to expedite your delivery.

7. Damaged Packaging

If the outer packaging of your parcel is visibly torn or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at rs8014199@gmail.com, +91-6392397953. If you accept it, please ensure you record an Unboxing Video as mentioned in our [Return & Refund Policy].
