Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 8, 2026


At BSTS Store, we take pride in our unique, digitally modified designs. Because our gift sets (Photo Frames, Mugs, and T-shirts) are custom-printed specifically for your order, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.

1. General Policy for Custom Products

All items sold on bstsvns.com are "Made-to-Order." This means:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "buyer's remorse."
  • We do not offer refunds if the customer selects the wrong T-shirt size. Please refer to our Size Chart before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your gift set. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

What qualifies for a replacement/refund:

  • The product was damaged during transit (e.g., a broken mug or cracked photo frame).
  • The print quality is significantly blurred or contains errors not present in the digital design.
  • The wrong item or wrong size (different from what was ordered) was delivered.

3. How to File a Claim (Unboxing Video Requirement)

To protect both the customer and our business from fraudulent claims, we strictly require the following for any damage claim:

  1. Unboxing Video: You must record a continuous video while opening the parcel for the first time.
  2. Timeframe: Claims must be reported via email to re8014199@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
  3. Details: Include your Order ID, the unboxing video, and clear photos of the defect.

Note: Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in the rejection of your claim, as it is the only proof that damage occurred before the item was in your possession.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Printing: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After Printing: Once the printing process has started for your T-shirt, mug, or frame, we cannot cancel the order or offer a refund as the product is uniquely created for you.

5. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).
  • Timeline: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

6. Shipping for Returns

In cases of defective items, we may ask you to ship the product back to our Varanasi head office. In such instances:

  • We will either arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse you for the shipping costs (up to a maximum of ₹100).
  • Ensure the item is packed in its original packaging to prevent further damage.
